Freight Terms
Terms accepted by New Farm Products, Inc. are 'FOB Destination,
Prepay and Add' or 'FOB Destination. Freight charges are listed
as a separate line item on the invoice.
Taxes
Any taxes arising from the purchase, use or resale of the goods,
such as sales tax, or any other local tax, are the responsibility
of the Buyer.
Back Orders
There are situations where items are not available to ship on the
date the Buyer requests to receive them. These items will be back
ordered and shipped later. Normal shipping and packaging costs will
be invoiced.
Receiving & Acceptance
All shipments should be immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected
on arrival. Any problems with the condition, quality or quantity
of goods received should be brought to our attention immediately.
